I took my bike here for a service and wasn’t happy with the result. I don’t like leaving negative reviews unless I feel it’s fair, but the work just didn’t seem properly checked. A few bolts were loose, some panels weren’t fitted right, and I ended up having to take it to another shop to get things sorted. Maybe others have had a better experience, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t go back

The delivery fee felt fair, honestly. It wasn’t one of those charges that makes you stop and rethink the whole order, which I’ve definitely done before. Just seemed reasonable enough and didn’t feel like too much.

I ordered a riding jacket from Powersports, but the size didn’t fit me properly. The return process was simple enough — I just had to share a few pictures and wait for the pickup. The refund took about a week after they received the item, so it was a bit slow, but their support team did reply whenever I followed up. Overall, it was a decent experience and I’d rate it 4 stars.

The outer box did have a few small dents, but everything inside was safe and properly wrapped, so I can’t really complain much. Delivery was fine too. I’m giving 4 stars because I feel the outer box could be a bit stronger, but the items themselves arrived in good condition.

My order took way longer than it should have, and I barely got any real updates along the way. I feel like the delivery team just dropped the ball on this one. Frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from here again.

I’m not buying from powersports.in again. The whole warranty claim process was just frustrating from start to finish. It dragged on for weeks, I never got a clear answer, and every time I followed up, it felt like they were just passing me around instead of actually helping.
